Rescue Date: September 1, 2012
Transfers: Ace, along with Ava, Piper, and other pilot whales, stranded on Avalon Beach, Florida. Though many of the beached dolphins died, Ava, Ace, and Piper were rescued and sent to Harbor Branch Institute that very day, and four days later, on September 5, 2012, the three were transferred to SeaWorld Orlando. Other than this, their only transfer so far has been from the park's Dolphin Stadium to the Shamu Up Close Underwater Viewing tank.

Identification Tips: Ace is the easiest pilot whale to identify at SeaWorld Orlando. The top of his dorsal fin has been barely clipped off.
